In 2000, the company was established by Mr. Pachara Chantarapet or Aoom (Mr. Natthapong Chantarapet ), aged 14 years and at that time he was studying in the 2nd year of second education in Saeng Thong Wittaya, Hatyai School which is a private school with quite high tuition fees. In Aoom's family, there was only Mrs. Pornpan Uthai, who is his mother, being the pillar of the family with 4 family members. Mrs. Pornpan Uthai was working as a mathematics teacher in Tinsulanonda Fisheries College. She had to work to support the 4 family members. At that time, Aoom would like to find a way to relieve the family burden. He bought dried fruit paste, like Roselle and Tamarind, and confectionery packaging equipment. He asked for the help of his grandmother to pack the product and he sold them in Saeng Thong Wittaya School and Song Khla (Koh Yor) Hospital (in the evening after school). One day his mother saw what he was doing and asked him from where he bought the products and could he take the mother there. That is the origin of Sor.Pornpan Thai Food 59 Co., Ltd.

In 2001, Mrs. Pornpan bought dried fruit paste, processed fruit, crisp rice-cakes, and more products to be packed at home by focusing on selling price of 10 Baht. The wholesale price for the wholesale customer was 7-8 Baht and the selling price to the consumer was 10-12 Baht. Mrs. Pornpan took the time when she was free from teaching to expand the market from Songkhla to Hatyai and other provinces.

In 2002, Mrs. Pornpan adjusted a range of confectionery product by starting to find products in the confectionery gift sector because that year was the year which the tourism was promoted. Therefore, she selected the confectionery gift which the selling price was 35 Baht to be sold in her product range and the market was expanding continuously by the sales team under the brand " Sor.Pornpan".

In 2005, Pachara passed the entrance examination for higher education to study in the Faculty of Agro-Industry in Prince of Songkla University, Hatyai Campus

In 2009, Pachara graduated from the Department of Agro-Industry, Faculty of Agro-Industry, Prince of Songkla University, Hatyai Campus and to be a successor of Mrs. Pornpan in business operation.

In 2010, Pachara learned about marketing techniques and OEMs. He applied the strategy of outsourcing with various manufacturers to expand and penetrate the market for the growth of the company.

In 2012, Pachara aggressively entered the Chinese tour market and started to make the OEM of dried fruits under the brand "S.P. Fruits" and fruit candy under the brand "Sor. Pornpan". This made the big growth of the company.

In 2013, Pachara upgraded 3 houses to become food processing plants of Sor.Pornpan Thai Food 59 Co., Ltd., which is the leap of the company and the beginning of being a manufacturer.

In 2018, Pachara opened a food processing factory under the name of Sor.Pornpan Thai Food 59 Co., Ltd., focusing on the processing of candy candies made from Thai fruits under the brand "Sor.Pornpan and Pachara, including the production to customers in the customer's own brand.
